Step 2 — Design & Written Quote (3–7 days). Next, you receive a 3D rendering, a written scope of work, and a fixed-price quote. In short, the number you approve is the number you pay.
Step 3 — Permitting (1–3 weeks). Then we prepare and submit permit drawings and pull the permit on your behalf. As a result, you don’t need to take a day off to meet an inspector.
