"Absolutely wonderful. Refreshing to find a small local company like this who appreciates the value of service excellence and building a great product with no compromises. We were invited in for a consultation. They showed us a huge range of options all based on their own portfolio of finished decks. They came out and sat at our dinner table for 2 hours and designed the deck alongside us. The build crew was here early every day, worked fast, and never cut corners or skimped on materials. Everything was cut to exact fits and braced. We’ve loved our new deck. It feels like a showpiece we’re proud to show."

"Had an arbor built by Paradise Decks. The entire experience was easy, straightforward, and was not pressured into a hasty decision. Consultation and quotation process was thorough, organized, and made me feel like we were getting exactly what WE wanted, not what a salesman thought we should buy.
Materials were delivered quickly, and the carpenter was VERY skilled. He made some suggested (and agreed-upon) changes on the fly (at no additional cost) and added details and little touches to the design that really set it apart.
I presume all of their sales/quotation staff are professional and would take the same time and care that Fredrick did with us, but I will request him by name for future work. Mike, the carpenter who put this together, will be who I request as well. I am pleased when a company is able to meet my expectations...it is not often that my expectations are exceeded (especially at the originally agreed-upon price), and Paradise has exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Paradise!!"

"I am admittedly a novice at shopping for and deciding on installation of a deck, but my experience at Paradise Decks was a good one. Product choice was explained, examples shown, price quoted, work started in a timely manner. I love the finished deck and roof extension. I may have paid less with other companies, but I’m very happy knowing I chose quality.
I had Fredrick as a designer, expert carpentry by Ronnie who, with his son, really worked to add polished craftsmanship, and a roofer who matched roof shingles that blend like it is part of the house. I was never wondering “when are they coming” or “how is this going to work” because Jamie contacted me and kept me in the loop (what a novel idea!). I wish it wasn’t an additional expense to stain it now that it is installed, but it was explained to me at the beginning so not a surprise."

"I have an illness that will eventually land me in a wheelchair, so our front porch needed replaced. Paradise Decks' carpenters Mike and Russell did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end. They made sure the details and modifications were perfect. One of the things I required of contractors is communication, and both Mike and Russell always kept us informed of the updates. If there were any issues or suggestions, they always gave us the options but always gave us the final say-so. Great job, Paradise!"
